House Clearances
House Clearances in Macclesfield
Full house clearances for probate, downsizing or end of tenancy, cleared and left tidy.
A clearance is often a difficult job, whether it's an estate being settled, a parent downsizing or a tenancy coming to an end. I go through the property properly, taking out furniture and belongings without rushing and treating everything as if it mattered to someone, because it usually did.
Once everything is out, the property is left swept and tidy rather than just emptied. I can take on the whole house or just the rooms that need clearing, depending on what's needed.
What's included

FAQs
Common questions
What can you clear?
Furniture, white goods, garden items, lofts, cellars and general household contents. If you are not sure whether something is included, ask when you get your quote.
Do I need to be there on the day?
Not always. Access can usually be arranged in advance if you are not local or cannot take the time off work.
How is the price worked out?
It depends on how much there is and how much carrying is involved. The quote is free and there is no obligation.
Are you insured?
Yes. There is one million pounds of liability cover plus goods in transit insurance, so your belongings are protected from the moment they are loaded.

Jamie was very efficient and managed my house move quickly. Everything was stacked methodically in the van, and there were no issues. I had a number of larger house plants which were also looked after!
Jamie and Jake were fantastic! Super accommodating and worked very hard. They went out of their way to ensure my house move went smoothly all with a smile on their face. They were very kind and made a stressful process much more easier.
Jamie was a great guy to work with. Did a brilliant job, efficient, courteous and fair value! Will definitely be using Jamie again!
One point of call. They dismantled my furniture, moved it to the new office space, which was not an easy trip and included many stairs, then reassembled it all in immaculate condition. Great service and a pleasure to deal with.
